Two hundred and thirty children in nine religious faiths joined hands to create God Through the Eyes of Children; An Inter-Faith Perspective. The children and their families have different backgrounds, but their feelings about God and the hope God instills in them is universal. In addition to the children's words and illustrations, God Through the Eyes of Children; An Inter-Faith Perspective includes statements by clergy regarding their particular concept of God. This will give readers insight into faiths they might otherwise be somewhat unfamiliar with.

God Through the Eyes of Children; An Inter-Faith Perspective is a 68 page paperback with full-color illustrations. During this time of world conflict and domestic anxiety, this book brings a message of faith in God, love, and acceptance from our very own children. It makes for a wonderful gift.

Lisa Schermerhorn, a member of Congregation Shirat Hayam, spearheaded this fund-raising project, with the support of the Duxbury Interfaith Council, an organization composed of Christian, Moslem, and Jewish congregations dedicated to social good, tolerance, and acceptance.

God Through the Eyes of Children; An Inter-Faith Perspective is available for $5.00 (plus shipping and handling).
